Quadruped Animation- Nico Walk/Run Cycle

So first thing I set about animating for my project was a walk and run cycle. Initially I was supposed to be doing this for a dog, but that plan fell through so I decided to use the Nico rig which I got off CreativeCrash. It's a good looking rig and easy to use, it's probably one of the best quadruped rigs you can get on the internet at the moment and it's free! Which is always a plus.
